We use software that can measure every movement the body makes accurately with precision to the exact degree allowing us to analyse multiple body movement parameters that include both angles and speed.
Bowling coaching is not just about improving an action to prevent injury and adding pace it is about making sure the action is repeatable ball after ball over after over spell after spell.
The most successful batsmen and the ones that do the basics the best. It is important to have a good foundation so that you can adjust between 2 day cricket, 1 day cricket and 20/20 cricket.

I believe here at Bowled Lilly that We can offer a level of analysis and coaching unrivalled in the private sector which may potentially be a game changer in helping young cricketers avoid preventable injuries with better and safer techniques to unlock their full potential.
My passion is cricket. I believe that everyone plays their best cricket when they are enjoying themselves, which is what we try to instil at Bowled Lilly. I take a holistic approach to batting coaching where I work on an individuals technique, mentality and tactical approach to the game. This helps maximise a players potential and ultimately helps maximise their enjoyment.
Aaron has recently developed the revolutionary new cricket training ball – SwingaCricket.
The ball’s unique half-dimple half-smooth design allows it to swing through the air like a brand-new ball. The weight and size are very similar to a leather ball, it bounces in a very similar fashion off the pitch and feels the same coming off the bat.
